Tianjin Maolian Technology Co., Ltd. encourages stakeholders to seriously and responsibly put forward opinions or suggestions on the company’s social responsibility management, especially the due diligence management of the supply chain, so as to help the company improve its work; at the same time, it also accepts complaints from stakeholders and provides reasonable , smooth channels and a proper and fair way to handle complaints, to ensure that the company’s work is carried out in a standardized and orderly manner.

1. Appeal Method

There are two forms of appeal: telephone and written (including EMAIL). Stakeholders can submit comments, suggestions or appeals to Tianjin Maolian Technology Co., Ltd. by telephone, email or letter.

2. Receiving Complaints

The R&D Center of Tianjin Maolian Technology Co., Ltd. is the department responsible for handling complaints. A special person is responsible for receiving every opinion, suggestion or complaint submitted by stakeholders, and confirms receipt within two working days after submission.

3. Appeal Review

1. Appeals that meet the following conditions are acceptable:

In connection with Tianjin Maolian Technology Co., Ltd. Cobalt’s supply chain due diligence, including any identified risks;

Identify deficiencies, inconsistencies or deficiencies in the due diligence system;

Include sufficient objective evidence to reasonably support the allegations submitted by the complainant;

Violating the requirements of labor, safety, environmental protection and other laws and regulations;

Submit in good faith

2. Appeals that meet the following conditions will not be accepted:

Not related to the supply chain due diligence management of Tianjin Maolian Technology Co., Ltd. cobalt industry;

Related to issues beyond the control, influence or responsibility of the Cobalt Industry of Tianjin Maolian Technology Co., Ltd.;

lack of sufficient objective evidence to reasonably support the complaint;

Not submitted in good faith.

3. All complaints must have factual basis and true content, and shall not use speculation and false content as the basis for complaints, and shall not maliciously attack and slander.

4. Complaint Handling

If the complaint does not meet the conditions of point 1, Tianjin Maolian Technology Co., Ltd. will notify the party submitting this complaint of the decision, including the reasons why Tianjin Maolian Technology Co., Ltd. refused to appeal. If necessary, Tianjin Maolian Technology Co., Ltd. can advise it to submit the appeal to other parties.

If applicable, Tianjin Maolian Technology Co., Ltd. will inform the complainant of the specific complaint mechanism related to the complaint.

Once the appeal is accepted, the R&D Center of Tianjin Maolian Technology Co., Ltd. will organize relevant departments to investigate all elements of the appeal, and report the results of the investigation and the corrective measures (if any) used to resolve the appeal within 7 working days. Notify the complaining party (the result will be notified in accordance with the Confidentiality Policy).

Tianjin Maolian Technology Co., Ltd. will take one of the following actions to handle each complaint:

Grievance accepted, corrective action required

Grievance accepted without corrective action

Dismiss the appeal

Publish the result of the processing or inform the complaining party

5. Information confidentiality

After the appeal information is received, a special person is responsible for the preservation of the information, the transmission of the information review, the processing and feedback of the information. Without the consent of the first-level supervisor of the R&D center, it is forbidden to disclose to people outside the office. If there is any violation, it will be punished according to the company’s reward and punishment regulations.

6. Complainant Protection

The accepting staff will keep the complaint information strictly confidential. Appeal materials should be strictly managed as confidential materials, and no one may access them without the approval of the company’s main leaders or leaders in charge. It is strictly forbidden to transfer the complaint materials to the complainant, and it is strictly forbidden to retaliate against the whistleblower, so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the whistleblower, and transfer to judicial organs for serious leakage of secrets and damage to the legitimate rights and interests of the whistleblower.
